Workshop equips healthcare professionals and quality practitioners with the practical knowledge and tools required to establish, implement, and continually improve a Health Quality Management System (HQMS) in accordance with ISO 7101:2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ISO 7101:2023 is the first international standard specifically designed for healthcare organisations, providing a structured framework to enhance clinical quality, patient safety, governance, and service excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be among the early adopters implementing ISO 7101:2023 in healthcare institutions across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This programme is designed to prepare participants to implement a Health Quality Management System that
