Catherine Nyagah is a seasoned HR practitioner and her wealth of experience gained over 25 years includes leading HR operations in ten African Countries.  Her career expands across consultancy, FMCG, manufacturing and currently holds a senior position in one of the leading Customer Experience organisation.  Her areas of focus being culture transformation, talent management strategies, HR risk and regulatory frameworks. 

Catherine is passionate about guiding corporates in developing leaders for tomorrow, and social impact programmes having designed and implemented award winning Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. 

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and organisational Psychology; certified in psychometric assessments; and is currently pursuing her MBA for Executives.

As an Independent Director, Catherine’s expertise and passion make her an invaluable asset to our Board. Her deep knowledge of HR practices, coupled with her commitment to talent development and social responsibility, contributes to the overall success and sustainability of our organization. Catherine’s insights and guidance help shape our strategic decisions, foster a positive corporate culture, and drive our commitment to social impact initiatives.
