Muthoni Runji-Pertet is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a founding partner of RONN Law Advocates LLP. She is a corporate commercial lawyer with over fourteen (14) years in practice. Her expertise include real estate, construction, banking and finance and general corporate law.

Muthoni holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Strathmore Business School, Strathmore University. She is a certified public secretary (CS) and a qualified governance auditor. 

As an Independent Director and Company Secretary, Muthoni brings a wealth of expertise to our Board. Her in-depth understanding of corporate law, combined with her passion for excellence, plays a crucial role in overseeing legal and governance matters within our organization. Muthoni’s insights and guidance contribute to the integrity, transparency, and sustainable growth of our company.
